Get Fit for Active Living (GFAL)
Get Fit for Active Living is an eight week education and exercise program designed to introduce older adults to the benefits of exercise and an active lifestyle. Each participant begins with a complete a health assessment. The program consists of two aerobic exercise classes, one weight-training class and a one-hour education class each week. Participants learn how to get started on a regular exercise program, and about the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle for maintaining independence.
